Our 14-bedroom facility - 'Oaks & Acorns' - for children and adults with complex physical and learning disabilities, is a safe, homely and fun place to stay, where the needs of each young person are assessed individually to create a personalised care plan that delivers the best support. It is a flexible service, where breaks can vary from an overnight stay, to a weekend or even a week, offering vital respite to families.
Acorns is our OFSTED and CQC registered 7-bedroom facility for children aged 4 to 18. Each room is uniquely decorated in a fun, colourful theme that offers children choice. The social area is filled with toys and equipment to encourage play, skill building and socialisation, with access to a garden, as well as our cinema room, soft play, sensory room and hydrotherapy pool.
Oaks is our 7-bedroom adults' facility with a social space for socialising, cooking and entertainment, and central outdoor sensory courtyard.
Every bedroom and bathroom contains specialist equipment to ensure every young person is safe, comfortable and as independent as possible.
Oaks and Acorns also each have one twin room, enabling sleepovers with friends and siblings!
