Our Services

Rose Road provides a range of services for children and young adults with complex physical and learning disabilities and care needs, their parents, families and carers. This includes overnight short breaks, community services including outreach support, onsite and offsite day services, and school holiday and Saturday day clubs and specialist information and advice (SENDIASS) services.

Having moved to the purpose built Bradbury Centre in 2003, we are able to offer the highest quality care to all those who attend Rose Road in a safe, dedicated space.
