We are so grateful to the New Forest V Dub Club who recently helped to transform our Acorns (under 18s' respite) garden ready for Summer! They weeded the beds and patios, planted our plant boxes and added some bright sensory decorations for our young people to enjoy! We also recently had new artworks installed along the fencing, completed by a volunteer artist.
They also cleared some of the gardens at the front of the building and the outdoor planters by the Hut, and began work on the Oaks (adults') respite outdoor space by removing the old astroturf and rubber flooring. This is in prepration for a planned project to completely redevelop the area to create a more interactive and sensory space. A huge thanks to TJ Waste for supplying a free skip for this!
